What types of services do you offer?
Recovery Resources offers a full continuum of outpatient services, including:
- Prevention services, including alcohol/drug education classes for youth and adults, HIV/AIDS prevention and testing, smoking cessation, parenting and anger management classes
- Treatment for substance abuse and dependence, including alcohol, drug gambling, tobacco and other addictions
- Outpatient mental health services, including pharmacological management, individual and group case management, partial hospitalization programming and behavioral health counseling
- Treatment for dual diagnosis (addiction and mental illness)
Do you offer interventions?
Yes, we have staff trained in performing interventions for persons struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. Contact the Intake department at (216) 431-4131 for more information.
Are services confidential?
Yes. Recovery Resources follows all laws under HIPAA. The only time we can divulge information is if the clinician feels you are a harm to yourself or someone else or if you give written consent to share information with an outside entity. Click

How much do services cost?
Recovery Resources accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, and also provides a fee scale for self pay. Coverage varies service by service, and RR staff can assist you in understanding what coverage your specific insurance will provide. We accept most major credit cards, cash and personal checks. When you contact the Intake office, please inquire about the cost for specific services.
Do you provide transportation?
If transportation is a barrier, please discuss this with your counselor.
Do you provide childcare?
The Women and Families Services program offers ABC Preschool programming for children ages nine months to school age while their mothers attend treatment.
Assessments
How do I schedule an assessment?
Call the Intake department at (216) 431-4131 or walk in to our Chester, Lakewood, or Ohio City site by 8:45 am. Assesments are completed on a first come first served basis so it is important to be there by 8:45 am.

How much do assessments cost?
We accept Medicaid and private insurance, and we also have self pay options. If you choose to pay out of pocket, an integrated assessment costs $200.
How long does an assessment take?
Between 1 to 2½ hours, depending on the individual
Treatment
Do you have any evening programs?
Yes, we offer an evening intensive outpatient addiction group at our Lakewood office. We also offer anger management groups in the evenings at our Chester office. Assessments and individual sessions may be offered in the evening as well. Please inquire for more information.
What services do you offer for children?
Recovery Resources offers prevention and education programs for children and adolescents. We also have an intensive outpatient treatment program for adolescents ages 12 to 18 at our Lakewood office.
