Recovery Resources provides vocational services by developing and operating businesses, which employ consumers living with mental health and substance abuse issues. This service assists consumers in gaining the skills desired in the employment market. All consumers employed by Recovery Resources Social Enterprises can move on to competitive employment in the community by utilizing Recovery Resources Employment Services, at the Employment Alliance, when they are ready.
Staff titled Vocational Specialists, each overseeing 10-12 consumers at a time, supervise and train the consumers who work in Spectrum Enterprises. Spectrum Enterprises employ up to 115 consumers.

Current Enterprises
Custom Framing Service - We produce large volume framing projects and custom high quality, hand-crafted matting and framing for individual pieces like photographs, prints and posters, sports memorabilia, and recognition gift items like certificates or newspaper articles.
Onsite Café Management Service - We set-up and provide café management services at your business location
We serve your employees and customers baked goods, fruit, snacks, juice and coffee.
Bed Bug Eradication Service - We provide commercial and residential bed bug extermination through a chemical-free, heat treatment process
We offer this service to partner organizations, office buildings, supportive housing facilities, shelters, hotels and school dormitories. This process is significantly less expensive than typical chemical extermination.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service - We provide commercial and residential carpet and furniture upholstery cleaning. Service includes professional steam clean, spot removal and Scotchgard. Free estimates/very competitively priced.
Lawn Care Service - We provide commercial and residential lawn service including: cut grass, edge sidewalks, trim shrubbery, weed-wack, pick up debris, turn beds, Spring and Fall clean-up. Free estimates/very competitively priced.
Janitorial Service - We provide commercial cleaning and floor maintenance services through employees who are trustworthy, on-time and very thorough in their assigned duties. We currently clean 48,000 sq ft of office space.

Service Population
The service is provided to adult men and women with severe mental disabilities and alcohol and other drug addictions, who reside in Cuyahoga County and who wish to improve their abilities to work successfully. These people have a desire to work but may have difficulty obtaining competitive employment because of symptoms of their illness, past work history, lack of job skills, substance abuse history, and/or criminal records.
