We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide psychiatric nursing services for clients with serious mental illness. The nursing role primarily provides direct services to clients including case management, treatment planning, health teaching, group facilitation and compliance monitoring, but also includes participation in multi-disciplinary treatment planning and consultation with other providers. LPN required, with psychiatric experience preferred. No weekend or holiday hours required.

We are seeking a part-time daytime Outpatient Treatment Counselor for the Older Adult Addiction Program. The Therapist will facilitate an outpatient treatment group for Older Adult women 3 x p/week, and provide individual counseling and case management services to the clients enrolled in the group. Hours include Tues, Wed, and Fri totaling 20 hours. An LISW or LPCC is preferred, LSW or LPC required, and a willingness and ability to learn and use clinical software is required. Two years of mental health and chemical dependency counseling is preferred and knowledge of older adults is required.
