Major Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Practice Manager to be responsible for the effective, efficient and safe management of the med-som practice and its finances, and the successful operation of the department and practices. This position is primary link between senior management and staff for the exchange of essential information related to overall direction, program effectiveness, client satisfaction, staff development, and performance results.
The successful candidate will implement process mapping to identify inefficiencies in the current system of assessing potential patients, scheduling eligible patients, providing billable services, and completing paperwork/non-billable activities, in order to maximize revenue. Will oversee:
• Processes to collect co-payments and manage service authorizations in partnership with the managed care specialist.
• The mandated use of concurrent documentation practices.
• The quality of medical records and work in partnership with CQI to ensure all records meet medical necessity standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the annual budget process. Track, analyze, and report results.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a Program Manager and will hold one or more of the following; Masters in Health Care, MBA, LISW, PCC, Licensed Psychologist or RN (Each with Declared Scope of Practice) or CCDC III-E. Major Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Programs & Services Administrator to provide direct support to the Chief Clinical Officer, providing management oversight to program managers for the successful delivery of AOD and Mental Health programs and services to clients. The position is responsible to monitor, evaluate, and report operational results to the Chief Clinical Officer; e.g., productivity, revenue, Continuous Quality Improvement, compliance, etc. The successful candidate will identify and sponsor initiatives to drive continuous improvement in program delivery and results; provide ongoing coaching and counseling to build overall staff capability; and ensure regulatory compliance. May assist in Grant preparation, and as needed, represent the Agency at other collaborating organizations. May also serve on various inter-agency Committees.

As a member of the senior management team reporting to the President & CEO and a key contributor to the overall financial security of the organization, this high-level professional acts as a strategic operator of the Agency’s finances and assets, is a catalyst for change to drive new operating efficiencies, and supports all new and existing business planning efforts.
