Recovery Resources provides employment services through a job placement division known as the Employment Alliance. At the Employment Alliance, we can help you find meaningful employment, with all the benefits that come with having a job.
At the Employment Alliance, we can help you identify your career interests and strengths as well as barriers to employment. You can learn about employers’ expectations and get help preparing for a job search, including counseling by our experienced staff during the job search and the hiring process. We can coordinate support with your other service providers, family members and others, advocate for you on the job, and continue to support you with job coaching to help you successfully retain the job.
The Employment Alliance is for people of working age who receive treatment for mental illness and/or substance abuse problems and who wish to enter or return to competitive employment. These services are available to residents of Cuyahoga County.
You will need to complete an individual assessment to begin the process of entering the world of gainful employment.
