Education

At Recovery Resources, we offer education and training to ensure professionals, the community and workplaces are prepared to address issues and concerns related to mental health and substance use. 
 
Recovery Resources provides a robust selection of behavioral health trainings and continuing education courses. Trainings are offered at Recovery Resources locations, off-site as requested, and a selection of trainings are offered in a home study format.
 
Courses may include:

  • Mental health treatment and prevention
  • Cultural diversity and treatment of vulnerable populations
  • Clinical Supervision
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Mental Health First Aid

Recovery Resources is an approved provider of continuing education through the Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage Family Therapist Board for social workers (RSX069001) and counselors (RCX029002), the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board (50-17857) and the National Council on Problem Gambling (06/653). Many trainings are also available for nursing and health education CEUs. Our continuing education program offers credits for the following types of professionals.
