2023 Gambling Symposium


 

Bridging Knowledge

Expansion & Emerging Trends: Discussing the Impact

Join us as we raise awareness of problem gambling within our community as well as discuss legal sports betting! The symposium will be held at Cuyahoga Community Colleges Corporate College in person on Friday, June 16.

If you are new to the issue of problem gambling, or a seasoned professional, there will be opportunities at the symposium for you. A total of 5 continuing education hours will be available.

Recovery Resources is an approved provider of continuing education through the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage Family Therapist Board for social workers (RSX069001) and counselors (RCX029002), the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board (50-17857) and the National Council on Problem Gambling (06/653).

Details

This lecture-style conference will focus on bridging our knowledge and understanding of problem gambling as it relates to other behavioral health topics. This one-day conference will allow attendees to discuss the impact led by experts in the field. Don't hesitate to register! Admission is set to $20 per person.
