Expansion & Emerging Trends: Discussing the Impact

Join us as we raise awareness of problem gambling within our community as well as discuss legal sports betting! The symposium will be held at Cuyahoga Community Colleges Corporate College in person on Thursday, June 20th, and Friday, June 21st.

If you are new to the issue of problem gambling, or a seasoned professional, there will be opportunities at the symposium for you. The event will include keynote speakers, panel discussions, network, and breakout sessions. A total of 7.25 continuing education hours will be available between both days.

  • Thursday, June 20th: 4.5 CEU's
  • Friday, June 21st: 3 CEU's

Recovery Resources is an approved provider of continuing education through the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage Family Therapist Board for social workers (RSX069001) and counselors (RCX029002), the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board (50-17857) and the National Council on Problem Gambling (06/653).

Details

This lecture-style conference will focus on bridging our knowledge and understanding of problem gambling as it relates to other behavioral health topics. This two-day conference will allow attendees to discuss the impact led by experts in the field. Don't hesitate to register!
 
Registration is FREE for all participants. Snacks, a sundae bar, and a hot lunch are included. Registration will be open throughout Problem Gambling Awareness Month (PGAM) at the beginning of March and participants who sign up between 3/1 to 3/31 will receive a complimentary CPGC Anniversary swag bag.
